Shipping policy

At Kitakiss Collective, we do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

Production Time

After placing your order, your item will be prepared and produced.

The production time is on average 1 to 3 business days. In most cases, your order will be ready for shipment within an average of 1.5 business days.

Please note: production time is separate from shipping time. The shipping time only begins once your order has been produced and handed over to the carrier.

Shipping Time

After the production period, your order will be shipped. The estimated shipping time is 3 to 10 business days.

The total estimated processing time, consisting of production and shipping, therefore takes several business days on average, but may take longer depending on the circumstances.

Please keep in mind that the stated delivery times are an estimated timeframe and not a guaranteed delivery time. The actual delivery time may depend on factors such as the carrier, high shipping volumes, holidays, and circumstances during transportation.

Delays

Although we do our best to deliver every order within the stated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur during production or shipping.

If there is a delay that affects the expected delivery time of your order, we will inform you as soon as possible.
